have consisted of this......
and more of this.......
Yes, that's right, POTTY TRAINING.......ughhh!!! No fun for mama!!! Macie was SO easy to potty train....literally took 2 days and we were done....no pull ups, no accidents at night, no accidents during the day....SUPER EASY!!!! This little boy, a DIFFERENT story!!! We have tried here and there over the last several months, as he seemed interested, but to honest, I was just being LAZY :( and really wasn't pushing the issue.....but with only 3 1/2 months left until Baby Andrew arrives, we MUST make this happen!! He has done great (only a few accidents here and there), BUT he is REFUSING to poop on the potty!!!! And it's driving me INSANE!!! Being the "high controller" that I am, it's so frustrating, because there is NOTHING I can do to make him poo poo on the potty......We have tried using treats, brides, rewards.....you name it, we've tried it.....N.O.T.H.I.N.G. works.....he will just hold it for a couple of days and then end up having an accident in his underwear.....It seriously has worn me out....nothing is more yucky than poop in the underwear! GAG!!!!!...SO any suggestions are appreciated! I have read not to push the issue because it can lead to further regression, constipation, impaction....ect...(lovely huh?!?!) So for now, I'm just going with the flow and hopefully he will get it eventually!!!
Next up......GETTING RID OF THE PACIE!!!!!!!!

NOT looking forward to this!!! hopefully he gets it soon!
Chase did the SAME thing. We finally told him he had to "feed" the potty and it was hungry for poop. Gross, I know, but it worked. He liked the idea of feeding it.
Jameson was hesitant and almost scared to poop in the potty when we started training, and I read to give him a bath at bedtime, which gets them to relax and not "think" about it and then the poop will come naturally. We'd whisk him onto the potty and ta-da! It was about a month of doing this every night but it was worth it and he never had accidents. After a month he didn't need the bath and would poop on his own. Then gradually he'd go during the day, etc. It was definitely a process! Sorry this is so long! Good luck!
