Most of you probably don't know, but when we moved to our new house in Lakeland last August, we had still not sold our old home on Chimneyrock. It is the heart of Cordova where there literally are hundreds of other homes for sale! It has been on the market since March of last year with very few showings. We have been praying continually that the Lord would bring someone to buy our home and several weeks ago, He answered our prayers! We sold our old house!!!! We actually had 2 offers in one day!! The Lord is so good! We are set to close THIS Friday. Please keep us in your prayers that everything goes through with the closing. This is truly an answer to prayer!

YEA! I know how good it feels to finally sell a house! I am so glad that your prayers have been answered! God is so good and His timing is perfect...although sometimes we can't see it at the time:)
